Returns Policy

Option 1

– Client arranges the transport of material back to us that is not required.
– Hush Acoustics check for any damages and puts back into stock anything that is resalable.
– We credit back less a 20% restocking fee for any resalable goods.
– Non resalable goods are not credited.
– Returns will only be considered if the products are returned within 3 month of the purchase date

Option 2

– Hush Acoustics arrange the transport of material back to us. This cost is deducted off any credit.
– Hush Acoustics check for any damages and put back into stock anything that is resalable.
– We credit back less a 25% restocking fee and the transport cost for any resalable goods.
– Non resalable goods are not credited.
– Returns will only be considered if the products are returned within 3 month of the purchase date
