Hush Felt

The Hush Felt resilient layer is a special acoustic impact layer used in all HUSH products. It meets the requirements of UK Building Regulations 80-140kgs/m³ density and provides excellent impact performance while eliminating the initial ‘bounce’ often associated with other foam materials.

Hush Felt is unaffected by heating pipes or sealed elements and will not harden or deteriorate over time like some other foam products. It is also manufactured from recycled fibres to a special formulation which needle punches it to make it ideal for long term use in acoustic floor situations.
