Hush Acoustic Panel 52 has been designed specifically to combine two core components, required to comply with Robust Details FFT4 over concrete and steel, to enable simplified installation. Hush-Panel 52 is also ideal for increasing floor height within refurbishment projects where pre-completion testing is required. The Hushslab30™ layer to the underside has excellent acoustic properties which can also take care of minor undulations of the floor surface.

- Robust Details FFT4 compliant for floor structures EFC-1, EFC-2 and EFS-1.
- Comprises of 22mm High Density P5 Moisture Resistant TG4 chipboard panels and a 30mm acoustic resilient layer of Hushslab30™ factory bonded to the underside.
- Easy to install in a single time saving operation.
- Lay the Hush-Panel 52 Floating Flooring in a conventional broken bond pattern.
- Glue all teegee joints using Hush-Bond Panel Adhesive.
- The perimeter is isolated with Hush-RD Flanking Strip between panel and wall. The flanking strip is turned over the surface of the Hush-Panel 52 and the skirting is fitted neatly on top of the strip prior to trimming with a sharp blade.
At door thresholds, access hatches or in the absence of a teegee joint Hush-Grommet Fixing Isolators can be used sparingly to eliminate 'lipping'. No other fixings should be used when fitting the floating floor as any restrictions can adversely affect performance. Skirting should be fitted two or three millimeters clear of the floor surface. (PCT only).
